The perimeter security systems include infra-red sensor systems, camera surveillance, intelligent fence systems, taut wire systems, fibre optic systems and ground pressure sensor systems. Border protection systems
These systems normally covers a few hundred kilometres with integrated sensors to provide intrusion alarms with optical surveillance. These alarms are integrated into a situational awareness display in order to provide support to reaction forces.
